'They've done more for you than anyone': Gordon Ramsay's harsh message to Brooklyn Beckham amid family feud

Gordon Ramsay has spoken out about the Beckham family feud, sharing his harsh message to Brooklyn.

Ramsay, 59, is a long-time family friend of the Beckhams and has shared his insight into the family dynamic amid the feud, during which Brooklyn released a scathing statement accusing his parents of crossing his and his wife Nicola Peltz's boundaries.

The celebrity chef said that he had been in contact with the 26-year old, telling The Sun, "Our relationship is solid. I love him – his heart is incredible.

"But it's hard, isn't it, when you're infatuated? Love is blind. It's easy to get up on that rollercoaster, and get carried away. But it will come back."

He also commented on David and Victoria Beckham's input as parents, sharing, "I've seen first-hand just how good parents they are. David as a dad is just incredible.

"They've both put so much energy into their kids, and I know just how many times they've got Brooklyn out of the s--t."

Ramsay also understands Brooklyn's point of view and how he desperately wants to forge his own path away from his parents.

But he also had a harsh message for the amateur chef: "One day you're not going to have your mum and dad, and you need to understand that.

"They've done more for you than anyone did in your entire life.

"I think it's going to be a matter of time before Brooklyn takes a good look at himself and understands just what his parents mean to him."

Brooklyn dropped the bombshell statement last month, providing insight into the feud that had been brewing behind the scenes for years.

"I do not want to reconcile with my family. I'm not being controlled, I'm standing up for myself for the first time in my life," he posted to his Instagram stories.

"For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family. The performative social media posts, family events and inauthentic relationships have been a fixture of the life I was born into. Recently, I have seen with my own eyes the lengths that they'll go through to place countless lies in the media, mostly at the expense of innocent people, to preserve their own facade. But I believe the truth always comes out.

He claimed, "The night before our wedding, members of my family told me that Nicola was 'not blood' and 'not family.' Since the moment I started standing up for myself with my family, I've received endless attacks from my parents, both privately and publicly, that were sent to the press on their orders.

"My wife has been consistently disrespected by my family, no matter how hard we've tried to come together as one."

Ramsay also cleared up any misunderstandings about the "inappropriate" wedding dance Brooklyn accused his mum Victoria of in his statement.

Brooklyn claimed, "My mum hijacked my first dance with my wife, which had been planned weeks in advance to a romantic love song.

"In front of our 500 wedding guests, Marc Anthony called me to the stage, where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me instead. She danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone. I've never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life."

As a guest and eyewitness of the wedding, the Kitchen Nightmares star confirmed there was no "grinding", as many people had speculated there to be.

Ramsay said there was nothing "salacious" or "inappropriate" going on, claiming that all the guests were simply having fun dancing.
