Chris Hemsworth's rare comment about what loves the most about raising his kids Down Under
Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky have given fans a rare insight into how they are raising their kids.
The Hollywood power couple revealed that they see no downside to raising their kids in Australia, saying it "feels like summer all year round."
Hemsworth, 42, and Pataky, 49, live in a $50 million mansion on a plot of land in Byron Bay, a coastal town in northern NSW.
The couple told People that its the perfect spot to raise their children, 13-year-old India Rose and their twin boys, Sasha and Tristan, aged 11.
"We got a big plot of land, a farm with horses, and our kids surf and fish and ride motorbikes all day," Hemsworth told the outlet.
"And we pretty much do the same."
The pair tied the knot in 2010, welcoming their eldest daughter in 2012, before having their twins in 2014.

The family then moved to Australia from the US in 2015, looking to raise their family the Australian way, surrounded by nature and natural beauty.
Pataky told the publication that the best part about living in Byron Bay is spending time outdoors as a family.
"It's just being able to enjoy nature," she said.

"When we go to a city, it's hard for us as a family, because we live outside, basically...we are in contact with nature all the time."
Hemsworth and Pataky got married just three months after their agent set them up together.
When being awarded with his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame last year, Hemsworth gave a special shoutout to Pataky, who was watching on in the audience.
"I want to say thank you to my beautiful wife, who has been here for my entire career basically by my side, endlessly encouraging and supportive," he said.
"And it doesn't get lost on me that she put aside her own dreams in order to support mine and, again, [I am] forever in your debt."
