David Beckham extends an olive branch to estranged son, while Romeo snubs his brother
David Beckham has made one thing clear, whatever issues there may be with his eldest son, Brooklyn, are one-sided.
The footballer took to his Instagram story to post a throwback photo of himself with his son after his 2025 New Years post stirred up more chatter about the family feud.
While Brooklyn was absent from his father's photo dump of the year, David later shared a photo of the two of them together on his story, writing, "I love you all so much."
A second photo posted to his Instagram story showed Victoria Beckham sitting with her children on a couch, including a young Brooklyn.
The caption read: "You are my life, I love you all, Love daddy. On to 2026."
However, the olive branch David extended to Brooklyn amid the family feud will go unseen by the only person who matters, as he is still blocked by his son on Instagram.
Romeo Beckham, David's second-eldest son, also posted a collection of photos showing snaps from 2025, none of which included Brooklyn.

If he is still blocked by Brooklyn – which appears to be the case – he would not be able to tag his account in the post.
Romeo's post comes a day after his father's wrap up of 2025 did not include any photos of Brooklyn.
The post detailed the football icon's most memorable personal and professional moments of 2025 – but further solidified rumours of a growing rift between David and his eldest son.
"I feel very lucky to have had the year I've had in 2025 full of moments that I will never forget," David wrote.
He then gave a special shoutout to Victoria, expressing his love for her and the children they share.
"I'm so grateful to my incredible wife, my amazing children, my friends... nothing would have been possible without you all."
The images posted included sweet snaps of three of the pair's four children – Harper, 14, Cruz, 20 and Romeo, 23 – posing at a number of notable events throughout the year.

It appears that David and Victoria Beckham are entering the New Year without any well-wishes or heartfelt messages from their eldest, as the pair still appear to be blocked by him on Instagram.
The revelation came just weeks ago when the couple's youngest son, Cruz, shut down allegations that his parents had unfollowed Brooklyn.
He said that they had been forcibly removed from his older brother's following list.
"Let's get the facts right. They woke up blocked, as did I," Cruz wrote in his Instagram story.
As we enter the new year, it appears Brooklyn is still not following either of his parents – nor any of his siblings – on social media.
The catalyst for the rumoured feud was allegedly Nicola's last-minute decision to forgo wearing a wedding dress designed by her mother-in-law, instead opting for a Valentino Haute Couture gown.
This decision reportedly caused a lot of tension between the new family members.
Additional reports claimed Victoria, now 51, was shunned from being involved in the wedding planning, and that the Beckhams were not invited to sit at the top table with the Peltz family and their son at the wedding.
