Bradley Cooper addresses plastic surgery rumours about his face: 'Oh, you look good'

Bradley Cooper has made a rare comment about his appearance amid ongoing plastic surgery rumours.

The Maestro star, 51, has been the subject of speculation for more than a year, with many commenters on forums such as Reddit convinced he has joined a host of Hollywood stars and gone under the knife.

Now, the boyfriend of much younger model Gigi Hadid has spoken out about the allegations while appearing on a podcast, but fell short of actually denying he had work done to his face.

Cooper was the surprise guest on this week's episode of SmartLess with Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes and Will Arnett when the topic came up.

Cooper and Arnett are co-stars in the new film Is This Thing On?

Arnett said he was often asked, "What's one thing about Bradley that people don't know?"

"Everybody thinks that Bradley's had plastic surgery. Everybody keeps saying that," the Arrested Development star began.

"What people don't know is that he hasn't. Of course he hasn't."

This led Bateman to chime in and agree, shouting, "He hasn't", before Cooper addressed the rumour himself.

Well, kind of.

"I get people, some people came up to me the last couple of weeks, and they're like, 'Oh, you look good'," Cooper said, without actually denying the rumour.

Arnett then cut in and said it "made me mad, because people say that all the time and it's such a hilarious thing".

"Everybody thinks that they know you. They read bulls--t stuff..., " Arnett continued, before Bateman jumped in and joked his own face had been "cut to ribbons".

Cooper has starred in some of the biggest movies of the last decade, including A Star is Born and American Sniper, often changing his appearance for roles.

He has been dating Hadid, 30, for more than two years but the pair has kept the relationship out of the spotlight.

They were first rumoured to be dating in October 2023 and have been pictured on the streets of New York City a number of times, but only went Instagram-official in May 2025 to celebrate Hadid's milestone 30th birthday.

Last month, they gave a short statement to a content creator known for interviewing people on the streets of New York.

It is not known if Confidence Heist video series host David Carmi knew who they were when he stopped them as they entered a building.

"Excuse me, guys, I think you look really confident. What makes you confident?" Carmi asked.

"Finding joy," said Hadid, who revealed she had seen his videos.

When asked the same question, Cooper replied, "Being alive".

Cooper, who shares an eight-year-old daughter, Lea, with his former flame, model Irina Shayk, is often seen ferrying her around town.
