The 'healthy habit' Nicole Kidman is utilising to cope with split from Keith Urban
Everyone has witnessed Nicole Kidman being booked and busy following her break-up with country rocker Keith Urban.
Kidman, 58, graced Paris Fashion Week with her presence last week, throwing herself back into her hobbies and accepting a global ambassador role for Chanel – and that's all alongside her various acting projects coming up in future months.
According to relationship expert Susie Kim, Kidman's busy schedule is actually a very healthy coping mechanism following a split.
"I think it really helps to keep busy and reconnect with or keep engaged with all of the things that you love," Kim tells nine.com.au.
"Nicole loves fashion; I mean, she looked freaking amazing and in that white shirt (that she wore at Paris Fashion Week)."
"She loves being out there, she loves her family... I think it's great."
Kim says getting back in touch with your own interests is one of the healthiest ways to cope with a break-up.

"I think it is good to keep busy and engaged. Usually during the break-up, you've invested less time in some of the things that you've loved, or maybe you've lost contact with some of your friends," she said.
"It's a really good time (for her) to reconnect with all of the things that make her happy, all the things (she) enjoys."
"Get back into your really healthy routines, like exercise and seeing your friends and family. You have all this extra energy and extra time to either reinvigorate a passion project or rediscover an old hobby... or discover a new one.
"Even make some new friends. I think it's just a good time to put that energy towards something that is meaningful to you and in line with your values."
Kidman attended Paris Fashion Week with her two daughters, Sunday and Faith.
She also has dozens of upcoming projects she's working on.
The actress recently wrapped up filming on the AppleTV series Margo's Got Money Troubles, Amazon Prime's Scarpetta series as well as the sequel to the 1998 film Practical Magic with Sandra Bullock.

She is also set to start filming the new season of HBO's Big Little Lies with Reese Witherspoon.
On top of all that, she's also gearing up to star in the A24 film Discretion, which is in the pre-production stages, as well as executive producing and starring in the series adaptation of the beloved book Girls and Their Horses.
Her Paramount+ show Lioness, produced by Taylor Sheridan and Blake Shelton, has also been renewed for a third season.
