The podcast episode the world has been waiting for: Taylor Swift joins Travis Kelce on New Heights

They're used to dominating on the field, and now the Kelce brothers are about to have the kind of streaming day any podcast host dreams of.

This morning, NFL stars Travis and Jason Kelce will be joined behind the mic by none other than Taylor Swift for a special episode of their podcast, New Heights.

The episode, which drops at 9am Thursday AEST, comes three days after the singer announced her upcoming 12th album, The Life of a Showgirl, in a teaser clip.

"So, I wanted to show you something," Swift told Travis, her boyfriend of two years, and Jason in the video, shared in the early hours of Tuesday morning (Australian time).

She produced a mint green briefcase bearing the letters T.S. in orange glitter, before pulling out a record with its cover design blurred.

"This is my brand new album, The Life of a Showgirl."

Hours earlier, New Heights had teased its upcoming special guest, sharing a photo showing the Kelce brothers with a mysterious silhouette pictured between them.

It didn't take long for Swifties to get to work and uncover a photo of Swift that perfectly fit the blacked-out shape.

Their suspicions were confirmed by a video shared by the podcast, in which the Cruel Summer singer sat beside Travis in the studio.

"Taylor's about to do a f---king podcast!" the caption read.

Swift's appearance on New Heights is a huge moment, as the Grammy winner seldom gives interviews these days.

And while it's not the first time she's appeared on a podcast, suffice to say it's the first time she's been interviewed by a boyfriend on one.
