The pair share a sweet exchange before kissing and embracing.
Thorne shared photos of her elaborate proposal which also included red, heart-shaped balloons, which Emms happily posed with for a photo.
One photo shows Emms standing behind Thorne amongst the balloons, embracing her and kissing her neck.
The pair also posed for a selfie in front of a full-length mirror with the balloons visible in the background.
While many of her followers were touched by her gesture, others hoped it didn't start a new trend of women proposing back to their partners.

"Ok ladies let's not normalise this, okay?" one of Thorne's followers commented.
"If he already proposed why did you do it lol I'm confused," another wrote.
"Girls in 2025: he said yeeesss 🥹💍👰🏻," another commented.
"If a woman wants to propose, why shouldn't she? Especially since it doesn't affect you in any way," one of Thorne's followers said.
Another added: "Let's normalise letting women do what they want in their relationships especially when it doesn't personally affect anyone else but them and their partner!!!!"
Thorne was amused by the discussion, taking to her Instagram Stories to weigh in.
"The comments on my post are hilarious!!" she wrote.
"Totally split down the middle. Half of u are like let's not normalize proposing to your partner – other half is like f--k yeah girl power this is the sweetest."
Thorne and Emms, a British music producer, reportedly met in 2022 on a beach in Ibiza.
The pair were both guests at a birthday party for English model and actress Carla Devevingne.
