'Our boy': Former Miss Universe Australia Olivia Molly Rogers announces the birth of her first bub

Former Miss Universe Australia Olivia Molly Rogers has announced the birth of her first child.

The model, 34, took to Instagram to post a gorgeous clip of her and partner Hugo Breakey's baby boy as he snoozed peacefully, wrapped up in a hospital blanket.

In the announcement she introduced him to the world and revealed his sweet name.

"Our boy. Albert Nigel Breakey," she captioned the post.

The post has been flooded with congratulatory messages from famous pals and her followers.

"Aww you did it darling! Welcome to the world little man. Soak up this bubble of love x," commented Renee Bargh.

Rogers openly documented her pregnancy journey via social media in the leadup to the birth, previously revealing she'd been "dreaming" of such a moment all her life.

"One day you're dreaming of having a baby, wondering if it will ever happen to you," she said in a Tiktok post at 39 weeks.

"The next, you're passing time by painting a bookshelf for his nursery, counting down the days until you meet your little boy."

She largely credits how supported she felt over the past nine months to her partner.

She also shared a sweet post dedicated to all the ways he had "shown up" for her during the pregnancy.

"Some of these things might seem small, but to me they have felt really big," she wrote online.

"Every woman deserves to feel supported through pregnancy. This baby and I are very lucky."

The happy news came after a period of doubt where she wondered if she'd ever find love again – let alone have a child.

Rogers previously revealed she had been gearing up to go it alone with motherhood, having frozen her eggs and explored the option of becoming a single parent before finding love with Breakey.

The self-described "serial monogamist" revealed in a recent interview with the Sydney Morning Herald that she'd met the love of her life after a chance encounter during a night out in 2023.

Although she'd only just gotten out of a seven-month-long relationship at the time, she knew "there was something really special about [Breakey] right away."

"I was worried when I met Hugo that I hadn't had enough time on my own… I've always had relationships, and I've been criticised a lot for that, but I think you learn something from every single one," she said.

Rogers has been candid about her short-lived first marriage in the past, having spoken about it at length during an episode of the Inherited podcast.

The pair had been married for just seven months before separating in 2022, with Rogers describing the fallout as "raw" at the time.

The model even revealed the heartbreaking and foreboding words her mother told her just days before her ill-fated wedding.

"Something happened a few nights before the wedding ... that really crossed boundaries for me, and Mum was there.

"In the morning on the Thursday, she said to me, 'We can call the wedding off, you don't have to go ahead with it.'"

Tearing up as she spoke, Rogers said her friends and family had made a lot of effort to attend the wedding, and she felt she couldn't let them down.

McKeone has made headlines himself in recent months, currently facing bankruptcy over alleged debt owed to a former employer.

The Melbourne socialite was chased in the Federal Court for more than $550,000 after failing to comply with a court order to pay back allegedly stolen funds.

McKeone, 38, was charged with a string of offences relating to obtaining financial advantage following a 15-month investigation by Yarra Crime Investigation Unit detectives.
