'Not your usual customer': Tom Hanks stuns Sydney cricket shop as he rocks up with his son
It's not every day a Hollywood A-lister walks into your store unannounced.
But Greg Chappell Cricket Centre in North Sydney experienced that and then some this week, after Tom Hanks and his son Truman stopped by to grab some sporting goods.
The actor, 69, was all smiles as he posted for a photo with staff at the centre.
It was such a surprise that the store owner didn't even recognise him when he walked through the doors.
Soon after, they nabbed a sneaky photo and posted online: "Not your usual walk-in customer…
"We're used to serving cricket royalty, but yesterday at GCCC North Sydney, we welcomed Hollywood royalty, with Tom Hanks and his son Truman stopping by the store.
"From Baggy Greens to big screens, you never know who'll walk through the doors at GCCC."

The duo grabbed a beach cricket set, some caps, wicketkeeping gloves, cricket balls and shorts, the Daily Telegraph reported.
It's understood their next stop in Australia is Perth, where they'll be visiting some friends.
Hanks was last spotted in Sydney two weeks ago, surrounded by a full movie set.
He stopped to say hello to some fans, with Site Bar Pizza in Little Bay writing on a Facebook post: "Great to see Tom Hanks saying hello to the locals and having a little chat, very cool."
