'So Grateful': Glaring absence in David Beckham's New Year's post

The Beckham family feud has continued into the new year, with Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz Beckham seemingly snubbed once again.

Amid ongoing tensions, David and Victoria Beckham's now-estranged son wasn't included in David's 2025 New Years post.

Taking to Instagram, the ex-sportsman penned an emotional reflection on the year that was, expressing gratitude for his wife and family – but omitting Brooklyn and Nicola from the accompanying series of photos.

The post detailed the football icon's most memorable personal and professional moments of 2025 – but further solidified rumours of a growing rift between David and his eldest son.

"I feel very lucky to have had the year I've had in 2025 full of moments that I will never forget," David wrote.

He then gave a special shoutout to Victoria, expressing his love for her and the children they share.

"I'm so grateful to my incredible wife, my amazing children, my friends... nothing would have been possible without you all."

His fashion designer spouse was quick to offer her support in the comments, writing "We r so proud of you ❤️❤️❤️❤️ we all love u so much xxxxxx."

The images posted included sweet snaps of three of the pair's four children – Harper, 14, Cruz, 20 and Romeo, 23 – posing at a number of notable events throughout the year.

Many of these events, including David's 50th birthday and Knighthood ceremony at Windsor Castle, were not attended by Brooklyn or Nicola.

David reflected on these recent milestones, expressing that he felt "lucky" to have experienced so many unforgettable moments.

But the Beckham family will likely be entering the new year without any well-wishes from Brooklyn, following reports that he and Nicola had "blocked" David and Victoria.

This came after David's youngest son, Cruz, shut down allegations that his parents had unfollowed Brooklyn, instead stating that they had been forcibly removed from his older brother's following list.

"Let's get the facts right. They woke up blocked, as did I," Cruz claimed in a recent story posted to his Instagram account.

As of now, it appears Brooklyn is not following either of his parents – nor any of his siblings – on social media.

The catalyst for the rumoured feud was allegedly Nicola's last-minute decision to forgo wearing a wedding dress designed by her mother-in-law, instead opting for a Valentino Haute Couture gown.

This decision reportedly caused a lot of tension between the new family members.

Additional reports claimed Victoria, now 51, was shunned from being involved in the wedding planning, and that the Beckhams were not invited to sit at the top table with the Peltz family and their son at the wedding.
