Gordon Ramsay's daughter Holly weds Olympian Adam Peaty in massive wedding celebrations

Gordon Ramsay was delighted as he walked his daughter Holly down the aisle before her marriage to Olympian Adam Peaty.

The celebrity chef, 59, led his daughter, 25, into Bath Abbey on Saturday (Sunday AEST) in front of their family, friends and members of the public who gathered to watch the wedding in person.

The dad of six was protective of his daughter on her big day, speaking to security staff before taking Holly's arm and guiding her into the venue.

The chef wore a black tuxedo for the occasion, while the bride kept her look a secret, covering her bridal gown with a white cape she clutched tightly in front of her. Her dark hair was crafted into an updo, with two strands framing her face, topped with a tulle veil.

Her sisters, Megan and Matilda, donned stunning red gowns in line with the festive season as they carried lilies into the venue, acting as Holly's bridesmaids alongside Peaty's sister Bethany, who completed the trio wearing the same gown.

Meanwhile, mother-of-the-bride Tana was seen running around in a stunning sleeveless emerald green gown.

Many celebrity guests attended the nuptials, led by the Beckhams, including Sir David Beckham, Lady Victoria Beckham and their three youngest children Cruz, Romeo and Harper.

Also in attendance was British journalist Dan Walker, businesswoman and entrepreneur Sarah Davies – both of whom appeared with the groom Peaty on Strictly Come Dancing – and celebrity chef Marcus Wareing.

The groom was seen after the ceremony in a classic black tux with a black bowtie, a white flower tucked into his breast pocket and a large grin on his face as he led his new wife out of the abbey.

The father-of-the-bride seemed to be a bit sentimental after the ceremony, taking to Instagram to share a tribute to Holly, who is the first of his children to have wed.

"I'm truly so lucky being able to walk this beautiful bride down the aisle and gaining an incredible son in law @adam_peaty !" he wrote, alongside professional photos of himself and his daughter goofing around, "I love you so much @hollyramsayy and couldn't be a prouder Dad xxx"

After the ceremony, the guests are expected to head to the lavish Georgian Manor Kin House for the reception, which has a secret stage, a private pool and a 10-acre garden for guests to party in.

Holly, a model, influencer, and podcaster, first announced her engagement to the Olympic swimmer in September 2024.

"I am marrying my best friend," she shared in the caption of an Instagram post that featured the pair on holiday, with Holly in a bikini holding Peaty's head close to her as she showed off her ring, which had a gold band and yellow oval stone.

"I truly cannot put into words how I am feeling right now. I still remember how big my smile was the morning I got home from my first date with you.

"Thank you for letting the little girl inside of me feel loved, seen and happier than ever. I love you & I cannot wait to be your wife."

Holly made mention of Peaty's son from his previous relationship with Welsh artist Eirianedd Munro, saying she was looking forward to her role as step-mum to the toddler.

"I promise to always be there with you and George, I'm so greatful (sic) to be in his life and I cannot wait for more," she wrote.
