Tammy Hembrow reveals she's injured herself while swimming at the beach

Tammy Hembrow has revealed she's suffered an injury after going for a swim this week.

The Aussie influencer, who recently sparked rumours she was dating AFL star Bailey Smith, shared a video with fans asking for their advice on the situation.

Revealing she had just been for a swim, the fitness entrepreneur, 31, said she cut her foot.

"I just went for a swim," she said in a video to her millions of fans on her Instagram account.

"Guys, I cut my foot on something, on the bottom of my heel, like a big slice and I pulled a big shelly-type thing out of it," she said.

"But it feels like there's something still in there. What do I do? Any tips?"

Earlier, the Queensland-based personality she shared a story from her beach outing and wrote: "So blessed to live here."

It comes after Hembrow was noticeably absent from the Brownlow Medal red carpet on Monday evening, despite sparking dating rumours with AFL star Bailey Smith.

The star was worlds away from the bright lights of Melbourne and instead was on a trip away to Byron Bay in recent days.

She also shared a picture revealing she is getting certified in scuba diving.

On Monday morning, Smith appeared on The Kyle and Jackie O Show and was quizzed about his rumoured relationship with Hembrow and whether she was going to the Brownlow Medal with him later that evening.

"No, I'm not [taking her]... I didn't want to bore her with footy all night," he said on air.

"She's not a big footy fan. And we're just mates."

"No, we're just mates," he said again when he was probed further about the nature of their rumoured relationship.

The pair have been pictured together in recent weeks and also went ''Instagram official" while on a dinner date.

Hembrow shared a story with Smith's hand on her knee and he reposted it on his stories.

The influencer and Love Island star Matthew Zukowski announced their shock split and divorce in June, after just seven months of marriage.
