In huge news, Taylor Swift has announced a film based on her upcoming new album is coming out, with the film being called Taylor Swift: The Official Release Party of a Showgirl.
The film has a limited release date, October 3-5 internationally, which coincides with and drops the same day as her highly-anticipated album, The Life of a Showgirl.
Swift, who is newly engaged to NFL star Travis Kelce, announced the news on Instagram with her more than 282 million followers.
"I hereby invite you to a *dazzling* soirée," Swift began in her post, underneath a poster image for the film showing her in an elaborate red costume and feathered headpiece.
She also told her fans what they can expect from the cinema date, including getting to see her new music video for the song, The Fate of Ophelia.

"You'll get to see the exclusive world premiere of the music video for my new single 'The Fate of Ophelia', along with never before seen behind-the-scenes footage of how we made it, cut by cut explanations of what inspired this music, and the brand new lyric videos from my new album The Life of a Showgirl ❤️," she wrote.
"Looks like it's time to brush off that Eras Tour outfit or orange cardigan… Tickets are on sale now. Dancing is optional but very much encouraged 💃."

Tickets are available through Releasepartyofashowgirl.com; but it remains unclear if Australian fans can purchase tickets locally through the site. Rather, it has dates of showings in the U.S.
The Official Release Party of a Showgirl is coming to Event Cinemas in Australia on October 4 & 5.
"Taylor Swift returns to the big screen at Event Cinemas on October 4 & 5 and you're invited to The Official Release Party Of A Showgirl! 🎉💫," Event cinemas wrote in a post.
"Tickets on sale soon!" they added.
Two years ago, Swift released Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour concert film, which was a hit with fans both in Australia and abroad.
It was reported at the time that diehard Swifties took to their seats in theatres more than 12 hours before the first showings.
It reportedly grossed more than a whopping $261 million worldwide.
