If Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce ever get married, it will have the whole world talking.

And while there are no known plans for the famous couple to tie the knot anytime soon, Kelce's Kansas City Chiefs coach has already put some thought into his potential 'wedding speech'.

"There are a lot of great stories, he's done so many good things," Reid said.

"All the things he does off the field people don't know about, just helping people out. He's got a big heart that way and I appreciate that the most."

The well-known professional football coach has a strong relationship with Kelce, 35, and will likely receive an invite to the wedding, but it's not his only connection to the couple.

Reid reminded fans that he knew Swift, 35, and her family long before coaching Kelce and before the couple met each other.

Before joining the Chiefs, Reid was the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles. Swift is originally from the Philadelphia area, which meant Reid was able to meet her in the early years of her fame.

"I knew her before he knew her," Reid said, referring to Kelce.

"My family has been a big fan of hers and we know her father and mother and that whole deal from the Philadelphia area. Her dad's a huge football fan."

Speaking of the couple's involvement in the NFL, Reid praised their approach.

"The thing I appreciate the most is how she handles it, how [Kelce] handles it," he said.

"They just do it the right way and they're not a distraction by any means. People always ask, 'Are they a distraction?' Absolutely not. There's no distraction because of how they handle it."

Reid also praised Swift for her involvement in bringing more women and girls to the game.

"Women, girls, they're looking at the game a little bit more," he said.

Swift and Kelce have reportedly been dating since mid-2023.

They publicly debuted their relationship in September that year when Swift attended a Kansas City Chiefs game to support him.

Since then, fans have had their eyes on the couple who only recently made their relationship 'Instagram official'.
